Here’s how a green tea fat burner can give you faster results than diet pills.

If you’re like me and have struggled with your weight now or at any other time in your life you’ll understand what I mean when I say the phrase “fad diet pills”.

Before I start using green diet tea to lose weight I went through an absolute potpourri of new diet pills that each promised to help me shed pounds, raise my energy and make me feel better.

But they never worked.

What I learned was that each of these fad diet pills were more ‘hype’ than anything and as most of them disappeared as quickly as they appeared on the market due to being pulled by the FDA or because of bad press.

The mistake I made was putting my hope into the ‘latest and greatest’ diet fad that was going on instead of looking for something that was proven over time to really work.

::Next, take a look at your diet habits::
You don’t have to drastically change your diet but it is helpful to cut down on ‘bad foods’ like fast food and processed foods. You can eat just about anything you want, just don’t go crazy with the late night drive thrus!

::Same advice for exercise::
Again you don’t have to go crazy and be in the gym every day but it is important that you do some kind of physical exercise a few times a week for about 20 minutes each time. I never went to the gym and still got the results I wanted by taking walks, going for a jog and just walking up and down stairs.
